If you are not a retained exhibitor from last year's fair, a $10.00 exhibitor fee is required. The exhibitor fee can be paid by mail, when you pick up your entry tags or when you drop off your entries.
All Livestock Exhibitors must submit either a letter from their insurance company or a copy of their insurance policy, including a policy number and expiry date after Thanksgiving Weekend with at least $1,000,000 coverage to show their animals at the fair. This should be provided with your entry. In the event that a copy is not on file prior to the fair weekend any prize money will be held until such time that all conditions are met. RAS reserves the right to prohibit an exhibitor from showing if the insurance is not provided!

Upon making an Entry, the Exhibitor shall indemnify and Hold Harmless the Rockton Agricultural Society, their members, agents and employees from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to, all operations performed by or carried out by the Exhibitor, his agents, employees, or servants, or anyone for whose acts he may be held liable, howsoever caused.
Personal information on this entry form is collected under the privacy policy of the Rockton Agricultural Society. The information on this form will be used for payment of prize money, mailing prize lists and publication of winner names. By completing and submitting this form, the exhibitor consents to information being used as described.
